Terms of Service

Launchmark designs and sells physical award plaques that recognize verified monthly recurring revenue (MRR) milestones for software founders. An award is only issued after your revenue is verified against the milestone it represents.

You sign in with a one-time magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Launchmark.

To qualify for an award, you connect a revenue source (such as RevenueCat or Stripe) through that provider's own secure authorization screen. We request read-only access and use it solely to read your current MRR for the purpose of confirming a milestone. We never gain the ability to move money, issue charges, or modify your account. Stored connection credentials are encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time. You represent that any revenue source you connect belongs to you or to a business you are authorized to represent.

When you add an award to your bag, we take a point-in-time snapshot of the verified figure, the date, and the provider. That snapshot becomes the award's permanent certification. Each plaque carries a unique ID that anyone can look up to confirm the milestone. The public page shows the milestone reached and the date, never your exact revenue figure. You may purchase any tier at or below your verified MRR, one of each tier per business.

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Plaques are made to order once payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order if verification cannot be completed or if we suspect fraud or misuse.

Awards are produced and shipped by a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Production and delivery times vary by destination. We email tracking when your award ships. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

Because each plaque is custom made to order, it is not eligible for return once produced, except where the item arrives damaged or defective or where required by law. If your award arrives damaged, contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

You agree not to misrepresent revenue, connect accounts you do not own or control, attempt to obtain an award you have not verifiably earned, or interfere with the integrity of the verification system. We may suspend accounts and void awards obtained through misrepresentation.

The Launchmark name, brand, site, and product designs are our property. Your revenue data remains yours; we only read what you authorize for verification.

Launchmark is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to it.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
